Shipping Policy

Amazing Coffee Roasters ships across Peninsular Malaysia (unfortunately we are unable to ship to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan at this time.  All orders placed online at Amazing Coffee are processed within 48 business hours. You will receive an e-mail notification when your products are shipped. 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping address and size of the parcel and will be calculated during checkout. 

Free shipping is valid for Peninsular Malaysia orders over RM90 before tax and shipped to Peninsular Malaysia addresses. International shipping costs vary depending on the country. 

RETURN POLICY FOR RETAIL AND ONLINE PURCHASES:

We do not offer returns or refunds, however, we will exchange any product that is damaged or defective at the seller’s discretion. 

When shipping an item over RM300, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
